About Us
Acibara Coffee is a place to be in for experiencing Local Lombok Sembalun Original Coffee while connecting with like -minded people.
Being in Acibara is more than having a cup of coffee. In Lombok, coffee is a symbol of friendliness as Sasak people always serving coffee to their guest or during special occasions.
The name Acibara is taken from letter Arabica by just simply read it from the back letters.
Sembalun Lombok is well know by its Arabica Coffee bean. Having grown at 1000 above sea levels, making the Sembalun Arabica Coffee bean special. The bean is also known from its nutty taste making this coffee distinctive among coffee lovers.

Our Baristas does a very serious coffee, the coffee area is the playground for Ibnu, our head barista, along with his three juniors Ryan, Yoko & Ivan.
Every Monday morning Ibnu and the team usualy roast his coffee bean’s best selection in one corner of the coffee shop. If you guys want to learn or just see the process fom the beans selection to cup, just come in every Monday Morning. Our lovely baristas will be happy to show you some magic.
